Sometimes, life's challenges can seem overwhelming. At times like this, it helps to speak with
someone who will really listen—someone who can help you sort through your
problems and your questions....someone who can help you find some answers.
We
are a small group private practice of mental health professionals, each with
many years of clinical experience, covering a wide range of interests and
specialties. Although we each practice independently, we share
a common purpose and belief in offering our services in an atmosphere of loving
kindness, compassion, appreciative joy, and equanimity.

Our Professional Values--
a matter of trust
 |
We respect the privacy of our clients and run our practices
with the utmost discretion. Your dealings with us, are
always professional, and, of course, confidential. You can
expect that your counselor will be the only person who will answer
your calls or return any messages you leave.
|
 |
We believe you are the expert on your life. Your
therapist will work with you as a partner in your healing
process. We will empower you, not take away your
power. We will take the time to get to know you and help you
find the type of therapy that will work best for you.
|
 |
We are attuned to the important role of spirituality in
recovery and personal growth, and will honor your spiritual
beliefs without imposing any particular viewpoint on you.
|
 |
We will avoid fault-finding, labeling, criticizing or
blaming, and instead focus on the context in which problems
evolve.
|
 |
We value intuition, which we believe is an instinctive way
of knowing and understanding the world. We will help you
discover and fine tune your own intuitive skills, as well as help
you be more conscious and emotionally aware.
